About Pitruco

Pitruco is a brick oven wood-fired pizza place on wheels. We make our 11” personal-sized pizzas from scratch to order. Our trailer can be found during lunchtime at various locations in the Center City area, as well as at your special event in the Philly area.

The team

Jonah, Nathan and Eric grew up in Germantown and Mt. Airy, where the mobile wood-fired pizza offerings were slim. They bring their diverse experience in the fields of tennis, real estate, developmental psychology and corner store conversion to this labor of love, their first mobile wood-fired pizza venture.
